*what will you do?
*responsible and accountable for overseeing overall brand strategy and delivering okrs in terms of brand proft & loss (p&l), market share, innovation and activations.
this includes working with and aligning with all stakeholders: group manager + sr brand manager in order to provide inputs towards brand strategy and future pipeline, benchmark opportunities while leading brand squad working with crossfuncional teams: supply, sales, shopper, catman, finance, regulatory, medical affairs, r&d and rgm to execute brand strategies, monitor, report progress and suggest improvements.main responsabilities:- assess market data and trends, consumer research and competitive activity- uncover local marketing opportunities while aligning to global/regional strategy and brand priorities- develop highly advanced financial analysis | rgm and key performance indicators.- responsible for planning and forecasting demand of designated brand (motrin)- propose and deliver execution plan covering the brand's product, price, promotion and place.
this includes development of advertising plan, consumer activations, overseeing professional program and trade plan.- leverage on consumer insights to develop/ adapt and implement concepts and approaches for consumer advertising, working in partnership with media, creative, digital and pr agencies*qualifications*:*what we are looking for?
*required qualifications:- experience in brand management, otc products- experience in other areas such as trade marketing, sales, finance is desirable but not imperative.- experience in people development and leading multi-functional teams.- ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations including organizational changes and changes in job demands
