summary
to support the development of payroll processes, principles, and guidelines, as well as coordinate data analysis and evaluation, in support of the implementation and/or maintenance of processes, services, and continuous improvement in scope.
about the role
key responsibilities:
1. support the team in the operational conversion of payroll strategic objectives.
2. provide support and specific advice in the implementation of processes and standards for all payroll services aspects (e.g. services, processes, continuous improvement) and assist customers/users through consulting and training.
3. handle payroll standard service requests, answer questions, and resolve problems or support problem resolution by collaborating with next-level support and/or experts.
4. track service requests and troubleshoot – analyze error messages and questions.
5. support evaluation of the services, processes, and continuous improvement in scope.
6. contribute to payroll services projects at country or business unit level.
qualifications
1. university degree.
2. proficient in english and spanish (written & spoken).
3. 3-4 years proven experience in payroll.
4. working knowledge with payroll systems – adp is highly preferred, but not mandatory.
5. working knowledge of federal and state regulations/taxes.
6. customer-focused solutions, proactive thinking, and problem-solving skills.
7. work experience in payroll for the us.
