Your tasks & responsibilities:implement the sales activation plan in the region, aligned to marketing plan and brand guidelines.implement the demo plots, including proposal of quantity, locations, growers, planting dates, etc.document in the appropriate tool designed by bayer, all the information related to demo plots and growers events previously agreed with distributors.co-responsible for controlling and following up on the bayer and distributors' investments agreed in the marketing plan and pib.provide market information regarding crop hectares, market share, competitors' main activities, etc.document all interactions/relationships with cooperant growers (growers where we establish demo-plots and/or provide their field to do events with other growers) through salesforce.com and/or the digital tools that bayer provides for this objective as well as engagement programs on cep.who you are:bachelor's degree in agronomy or related.1-3 years' experience in sales and/or crop management is required.key competences: customer centricity, communication skills, negotiation, account planning, digital tools, office knowledge.
