Overview:
comply with the rules, policies, procedures, values and legal guidelines established for the process and calculation of payroll, in order to make the timely and correct payment to employees.
responsibilities
payroll
* review approvals in kronos of the sites.
* report payroll incidents (disabilities, savings account, birth permits - death, etc.) to the provider that makes up the payroll.
* request the payroll process leader to authorize the payment of the payroll.
* request and review the severance payments and indemnities of the sites under their charge.
* validate that registrations, salary modifications and cancellations are correctly applied in the payroll system.
* management of registrations, cancellations and modifications of savings bank and savings fund.
* resolve the doubts and requirements of the collaborators of the sites under their charge.
* keep in order the file of documents and emails related to authorizations and payroll documents.
* keep adequate control of vacation balances.
* support sites on the kronos system.
social security and infonavit:
* prepare the presentation of sua receipt of the employer records in their charge on a monthly basis for the sites in their charge.
* validate that registrations in the imss are applied correctly.
* keep an adequate control and file of disabilities, st-7 and st-2, in order to have the adequate information to solve reviews or audits.
* deliver information and reports required for the attention of audits and opinions.
taxation:
* validate that in each payroll payment period the isr and imss withholdings are applied correctly.
general:
* prepare the dhl parcel guides and shipment, as well as the notification by mail to the sites.
* carry out the control of si vale cards by assigning, managing replacements and additional, as well as sending cardholders.
qualifications
education: bachelor's degree completed in business administration, accounting or a career.
knowledge: applicable laws in labor and tax matters, knowledge of hr systems and attendance control, management of payroll processes, imss, infonavit, isr, fonacot and sat.
experience: minimum 2 years in a similar position, managing and controlling staff over 600 people.
required language: basic - intermediate english.
systems management: erp ́s (e.g. Sap, kronos, oracle, intelexion, humansoft, fortia etc), excel advanced (essential).
availability to travel: yes (5% per month).
