responsibilities
* principal key user of the sales execution in sap for the new opening plant of xico at tlaxcala.
* ensure needs/resources balance (mrp, etc.) for raw material, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products by managing the customer’s needs (customer order + ccmp's) and the replenishment backlog.
* ensure product availability by taking actions to resolve backorders and shortages.
* measure the otd, ac2, bov, and other key kpis and be able to drive action plans.
* manage customer needs coming from the ccc’s through the customer claim management process.
* manage the replenishment backlog (creation and rescheduling of manufacturing and purchase orders).
* manage the backorder portfolio (bol), shortages, and take actions to ensure product availability.
* handle daily actions regarding mrp messages (sap example: md07) and escalate repeatable issues.
* support stock discrepancies analysis and adjustments.
qualifications
• bachelor's in supply chain, logistics, business, or operations engineering.
• ability to analyze numbers, trends, and data to draw conclusions.
• clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• ability to make independent decisions with minimal supervision.
• proactive in seeking information, training, and resources for continual professional development.
• partner, influence, collaborate, and communicate across the enterprise and with external relationships.
• independently solve problems and make decisions for primary and strategic execution and tactical issues within relevant projects and processes.
• work within peer groups and leadership infrastructure to ensure best practices and opportunities are delivered.
• strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills in a complex organization.
• fluent in english.
• experience with sap is a must (purchasing, production planning).
• leadership skills.
• proficient user of microsoft office.
