we're looking a video production editor for a growing digital marketing team.
this is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for video, strong organizational skills, and an eye for quality—even if you're not a technical editor yourself.
you'll play a key role in reviewing final cuts, coordinating with video editors, and making sure all video projects are polished and client-ready.
as the final editor, you'll oversee the last stage of the video production process.
you'll review videos for quality and consistency, ensure brand standards are met, and coordinate with the video editing team to request any final tweaks.
you don't need to be an expert editor—but you do need to understand good storytelling, catch details, and help guide the final product.
key responsibilities: review edited video content for visual and audio qualitycheck that videos follow brand guidelines and meet project goalscoordinate with editors and creatives to request revisions or final touchesorganize and track video versions and final deliverablesprovide clear feedback to ensure deadlines and quality standards are metensure smooth handoff of final video files to internal teams or clientsoccasionally assist with uploading or formatting files for deliveryrequirementshave 1–3 years of experience in video production or content creationunderstand the basic components of video editing (color, sound, pacing)have strong attention to detail and organizational skillsare comfortable managing multiple video projects at oncecommunicate clearly and know how to give and receive feedbackenjoy working with creative teams and keeping projects on trackfamiliarity with tools like frame.io, google drive, or basic editing platforms is a plusexperience reviewing short-form content for social media or digital platforms
