assist office manager in a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support office administration responsibilities, ensure efficient operation of the office and work collaboratively with the team.
work model:
flex: this role will typically require onsite work 2-3 days each week, or more depending on business needs. In many locations, the business will set certain days each week that flex employees are required to be onsite.
responsibilities:
* contract liaison for medical and other contracts:
o speaker agreements
o statements of work
o service agreement
* compilation of documentation required per vendor
* elaboration and follow up for receipts, and payment
* expense report. Request and generate tax invoices to present expense report
* office and kitchen supplies. Responsible for purchase office supplies.
* office events. Support logistics for events at the office.
* coordinate local reservation for international visits.
* general administrative tasks. Documentation scanning, filling, creation of a variety of directories for control purposes.
