As a global s&t innovation manager, you will have the ability to develop, plan, and implement the global innovation strategy including regional strategies.
coordinate locally and guide regional technical strategy for the global team.

qualificationsa bs degree in a technical or engineering discipline is required.
minimum of 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role with experience in authentic leadership, collaboration, and customer relationship.
appropriate understanding of financial methodologies, performance metrics, product development methodologies, and s&t metrics.
ability to set a vision and goals concerning technology to improve the leadership position of ac ppg.
demonstrated deep industry and technology knowledge, with ppg executives, and inspirational leadership with employees.
ability to manage a broad range of internal/external partners, markets, and product technologies.
experience working externally with main customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
experience working internally with partners, functional leaders, finance leaders, and main team members.
