*essential duties and responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned)*- must be comfortable taking inbound and making outbound calls to upgrade, offer promotions, and regain customers- create lasting relationships with customers- deliver prepared sales pitch, reading from scripts that describe products or services, to influence customers to retain our products or services- listen to customer concerns with the goal of identifying the causes of the problem- solve customer challenges and regain customer confidence by using empathy, and building rapport with customers- general knowledge of company, products, and/or services- obtain customer information and enter data into various crm systems- adhere to qa requirements and utilize a call flow- comply with federal and state regulations, as well as company and client policy, with regards to the handling of consumer confidential information- retention, customer service and sales experience (call center, retail, door-to-door)- strong conflict resolution skills- empathy and patience- ability to work independently as well as part of a team (promote positive work environment)- excellent communication skills (professional demeanor); written & verbal- english level: intermediate to advanced- proficient in multi-tasking- ability to build rapport with customers, empathy, responsiveness, and patience- the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment in which change, and ambiguity are prevalent*what we offer*:- competitive base salary- commissions- all law benefits- food voucherspay: $18,000.00 per month*experience*:- customer service: 1 year (preferred)- retention: 1 year (preferred)*language*:- english (preferred)work location: in personexpected start date: 12/05/2025
