Responsibilities: support the commercial service administrative processes, including invoicing, collecting, service orders creation, and maintaining databases. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in data management and documentation. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication. Requirements: experience in administrative roles. High level of english proficiency in oral and written communication. Strong proficiency in portuguese is desirable for this role. Should be proactive, highly motivated, and process oriented. Skilled it user, including microsoft office. Intermediate excel use. Good time management and organizational skills.
