job summary: the knowledge management and quality specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing knowledge management and quality strategies to optimize processes and improve productivity. This role will work closely with various departments to ensure that best practices and quality standards are followed at all levels of the organization.
responsibilities:
1. develop and maintain a knowledge management system that facilitates access to information and organizational learning.
2. implement and monitor quality management processes to ensure compliance with established standards.
3. collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures.
4. provide training and support to employees on quality and knowledge management topics.
5. conduct internal audits and process evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of the quality system.
6. generate reports and present findings to senior management for informed decision-making.
requirements:
1. bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
2. minimum of 3 years of experience in knowledge management and/or quality in an industrial environment.
3. knowledge of quality management tools and methodologies, such as iso 9001.
4. fluency in english is required.
5. effective communication and teamwork skills.
6. analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
