Generate business value through evolution and optimization of processes, it resources and services by coordinating p&it enablement teams in tight collaboration with supply chain product owners, leveraging digital efforts, materialize valuable projects and replicate successful endeavors and follow up with business leaders to promote innovation in the processes they oversee.
*main responsibilities*:
- drive innovation and evolution of cemex supply chain processes & technologies globally
- utilize and understand the appropriate technologies and processes and ensure that customers have the solutions they need, when they need them, and in the media best suited to their requirements.
- perform business analysis and prepare recommendations and it business plans as needed to optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary
- responsible for the development and implementation of solution roadmaps and to ensure successful introductions across the organization and with customers.
- guarantee management of change with clients and stakeholders
- support business cases generation for digital enablement projects considering country specific scenarios

*qualifications*:
- strong knowledge and understanding of cemex business processes
- english and spanish language proficiency
- higher degree required (master degree recommended)
- knowledge of supply chain processes (apics ascm)
- (3-5 years) managing projects portfolios with multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams, business process and technology areas involved.
business consultancy or related experiences with executive leadership and mobilization to ensure business results.
- high level of technical knowledge of excel and other data analysis tools (i.e.
power bi)
- excellent skills for power point presentations
- ability to inspire, coach and mentor team members
