*responsabilities*:
- posting job openings on job boards, social media, and the company website.
- assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing contracts and induction materials.
- keeping employee files, records, and information organized and accurate.
- coordinating employee integration initiatives and events (both in-person and remote).
- monitoring and responding to hr-related inquiries promptly.
- supporting attendance tracking and leave management.
- ensuring hr policies and procedures are effectively communicated to staff.
- assisting in compliance audits and reporting requirements.
*requirements*:
- bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- intermediate/advanced english proficiency.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, particularly for it positions.
- experience working with diverse areas and operations of human resources department.
- strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- practical knowledge of recruitment tools, such as linkedin recruiter, occ mundial, or indeed.
- experience with hr software (ats, erps, or similar). Preferred: workable.
