- every service should go from help desk, to level2, level3, using the itil process smoothly.
- identify if any process or team has issues to assure a smoothly process
- define and coordinate necessary action to fix any service break
- assure business users experience satisfaction
- provide visibility of end to end service performance
- resolve stability and performance issues
- crm function for business line it-ops service requirements
- address operation and project requests to a successful delivery
- manage continuous improvement projects

- english and spanish required.
