*our exciting opportunity*:
*we are now looking for a project administrator to support the customer project manager with specialist knowledge in the area of project planning and scheduling, trend analysis, critical path identification, backwards scheduling, “what if” scenarios, production of reports, customer interaction, control and monitoring. The project administrtor should be the project organization top authority on ericsson recommended tool for tracking and reporting purposes.*
*in addition, you will drive the implementation and adherence of relevant tools and systems required to be used by the customer project manager.*:
*you will*
- request and trigger the invoicing process of a global program.
- follow up the process until completion.
- invoice validation, submission, log recording and payment tracking.
- generate daily and weekly status reports.
- creation and follow up of tickets to manage delayed payments.
*to be successful in the role you must have*
- proficient english skills.
- high level of written and spoken english (mandatory)
- bachelor’s degree in business administration or systems engineering or any other related (with license or intern letter)
- great communication and customer facing skills
- good stakeholder and time management
- proactive, service-oriented mind-set
- keen learner
- reporting & analytical skills
- proficient in microsoft office, specially excel
- minimum of 1 year experience in related jobs.
Additional requirements (optional):
- experience working in multicultural virtual teams.
