you'll join an energetic and diverse hrbp team across the globe. In this team we support multiple global functions spanning across 16+ countries. Work is dynamics and challenging with loads of opporunities to unleash your creativity and hrbp excellence.
Role responsibilities:
- being a strategic advisor to leadership. Spending a significant amount of time as thought partners to leaders to analyze and make complex decisions in org, talent, culture, and engagement.
- developing and executing the people cycle agenda, ensuring alignment with global and regional business strategies and priorities.
- defining and tracking people okrs with business leaders, holding them accountable for achieving these objectives. Creating and implementing initiatives that serve as enablers for achieving people objectives.
- designing and implementing creative projects in alignment with our talent strategy to address opportunities identified in our talent pipeline.
- consulting and partnering with hr stakeholders on a broad range of people-related topics, including employee relations, leadership development, recruitment, compensation, organizational design, diversity, and employee advocacy.
- engaging and supporting the business with succession planning and workforce planning, including developing leadership talent across the business.
- facilitating change management and seizing opportunities to introduce improvements to current practices and procedures.
- establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and hr colleagues to enhance communication flow within the broader regional/global hr team.
Role qualifications:
- open to long-term assignments for launching in new countries.
- 10+ years experience in an hr business partner or equivalent role.
- 6+ years directly leading an experienced hrbp/generalist team. Previous experience working in a high speed and multi
- cultural organization (start-up, consulting, etc).
- demonstrates expert skills in partnership with business leaders with good business sense.
- effective communication and critical thinking capability are applied at all levels of the organization.
- demonstrates empathy and ability to drive diversity & inclusion strategies.
- ability to learn, lead and influence in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate strong relationships across teams.
- experience using data to identify insights that drive action.
