Responsibilities:
* develop and execute the digital transformation strategy, aligning it with the company's overall business goals.
* lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for digital transformation projects, from ideation to launch and beyond.

* oversee the design, development, and deployment of digital products and solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and user expectations.

required qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field; mba or relevant certification is a plus.
* advanced english and spanish.
* a minimum of 6 years of professional experience.

* proven experience as a product manager, preferably in digital transformation or related fields.
* experience in a manufacturing environment or similar industry.
* have been involved in or have run implementations of dnc or machine monitoring solutions.
* aware of concepts of cad & cam.
* strong understanding of digital technologies and trends, including cloud computing, ai, iot, and data analytics.
* experience with agile methodologies and tools, such as scrum and kanban.
* excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
