key responsibilities: • e-commerce strategy: o developand execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase onlinesales o manage and optimize performance on official company onlinestore and third-party e-commerce platforms (such as amazon, newegg,best buy, etc.)
o establish annual e-commerce business goals andkey performance indicators • platform management: o oversee productlistings, content updates, and inventory management o ensureconsistency of product information and pricing across alle-commerce platforms o optimize product pages to improve conversionrates and user experience • data analysis: o analyze e-commerceplatform data to guide decision-making and strategic adjustments omonitor key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, averageorder value, and cart abandonment rates o provide detailed salesreports and trend analysis • digital marketing: o collaborate withthe marketing team to develop e-commerce-specific marketingcampaigns o manage search engine marketing and display advertisingcampaigns o implement email marketing and customer retentionstrategies • inventory & order management: o coordinate withthe supply chain team to ensure product availability o monitororder fulfillment processes and customer service levels o resolveinventory and logistics-related issues • market trend analysis: oresearch e-commerce trends and consumer buying behaviors o monitorcompetitors' online activities and performance o identify growthopportunities and potential partnerships qualifications: • 3+ yearsof e-commerce management experience in consumer electronics orrelated industries • familiarity with major e-commerce platformoperations and optimization (amazon, newegg, etc.)
