the position
as the content partner, you play a key role in latam’s omnichannel customer engagement transformation to drive customer centricity and create seamless customer experiences.
responsibilities:
1. develop local content for all latam affiliates for --- ta ---, working closely with global programs responsible for content production, i.e., the lab.
2. act as the key point of contact between the lab and the affiliates, ensuring --- ta --- content is delivered to each affiliate and ready to be customized with minimal efforts.
3. report to the channel lead, creating an end-to-end content strategy as part of the overall digital strategy for the da.
4. connect with the omnichannel outcomes lead for focused therapeutic area to exchange on ta specific content.
5. collaborate with channel specialists in the affiliates to create personalized digital customer experiences.
6. partner with the analytics & insights partners to track and measure content performance and optimize campaigns.
key responsibilities
1. support local teams in delivering locally-led omnichannel marketing campaigns through tailored, medically and regulatory approved content.
2. develop a --- ta --- content plan/calendar for the affiliates including content creation, production, localization, and approval processes.
3. ensure continuous synchronization between the latam --- ta --- channel strategy and affiliate content plan.
4. identify opportunities to reuse content in latam from global product teams and existing content from other latam affiliates.
5. create and maintain the standardized process for content creation and approval across latam.
6. ensure content is tagged to track consumption through different channels within latam.
7. oversee quality and delivery timelines for content from the lab or local creative agencies.
8. monitor content and campaign performance and advise on improvements.
9. gather feedback and best practices from affiliates to create a ta focused community.

experience & qualifications
education
bachelor's degree (scientific degree highly desirable, digital, economic, business degree or specializing in journalism, communications, marketing, philosophy). An advanced degree in life sciences and/or mba is highly desirable.
professional experience
5+ years of experience in content strategy and planning, digital omnichannel marketing experience, and proven track record in developing effective medical content.
languages
fluent in english and spanish (oral & written) is essential.
