as we prepare to grow and further develop our product, we are seeking for someone to fill the position of *marketing manager*.
we are looking for a talented individual who has analytical skills and can set growth goals and leads the team to their completion.
the marketing manager will report directly to the head of growth.
marketing manager responsibilities:
*analyze and measure *the initiatives set forwards by the growth team.
establish key metrics to keep track off in order to understand the effectiveness of the initiatives.
*design and implement strategies* that will increase customer acquisition and retention, revenue and business opportunities.
the mm will also seek to align the company's objectives to the growth strategy.
*stay up to date with the market, *the tendencies that are rising, who are the new competitors and what are the latest consumer trends.
*establish marketing campaigns *through different acquisition channels.
the mm should be familiar with the benefits and disadvantages in each acquisition channel and select the ones that are more effective for delt.ai target audience.
*test and align *different areas of the company.
the gm should be able to motivate different areas of the company to be willing to perform experiments in order to improve customer acquisition and retention.

*marketing manager requirements*:
- data-oriented individual that is familiar with terms such as seo, ltv, cac, among others.
- understanding of product development.
- experience in b2b digital marketing or related marketing roles.
- excellent communication skills and previous experience managing cross-functional teams.
- experience managing and leading people.
