the role
as stori's product designer for growth, you will create impactful user experiences that drive engagement and acquisition. This includes designing touchpoints that drive user acquisition through referrals and stori’s landing pages, along with supporting marketing and promotional initiatives. You’ll have a developing understanding of growth fundamentals, a keen eye for visual design, and a willingness to use a data-driven approach to decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the designs effectively convert users and contribute to building a foundation for customer love.
requirements
* 3+ years of experience as a designer, focusing on growth, user acquisition, and marketing-related design projects.
* portfolio showcasing your contributions to user acquisition projects.
* proficiency in visual design, interaction design, and tools like figma and adobe creative suite.
* ability to translate marketing objectives into user-friendly designs.
* understanding of user-centered design principles.
* good collaboration and communication skills.
* experience working in a fast-paced environment.
