*position description*responsibilities*:- partner with the global supply chain, ops, and it teams to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements- document and visually map the current and future state to identify, communicate, validate and gain consensus on process improvements- partner early in the definition phase to draft project charter with business counterparts to define initial scope, benefits, and cost estimates- analyze, document and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications and make recommendations for improvements- support the implementation of systems across a global supply chain landscape including factories and distribution centers to create an experience that positions terex as best in class for customers- partner with business stakeholders to conduct user acceptance testing- document user manuals to describe installation and operating procedures- coordinate resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget- develop and articulate an understanding of how solutions will impact present and future business needs.
*education*- bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, information systems technology, computer science or related field*experience and skills*- minimum three years' experience in a business analyst role.- solid background in business enablement through technology- ability to create compelling business cases with accurate cost and effort estimations- excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies- intellectual curiosity and the ability to question thought partners across functional areas- ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements- outstanding written and verbal communication skills- ability to quickly troubleshoot problems that may arise in work products- ability to partner with software engineers, citizen developers, and quality analysts to identify course of resolutions- modeling techniques: object orientation analysis, uml (e.g.
use cases, activity diagrams)- in depth understanding of the various software development lifecycles (e.g.
