what is your role
at boldr, the sales team serves as a trusted advisor for our prospect. As an account executive on the sales team, you will work with prospects through the entire buying process, from initial evaluation to close, and through onboarding of the entire team. You will be the primary point of contact until onboarding when you will hand off to our account management team. Quite simply, you’ll have the opportunity to impact businesses in a big way on a daily basis.

what will you do
* provide an excellent experience with a positive attitude to every client, on every occasion.
* spend most of your time positioning the value of our service with stakeholders through consultations via email and video calls. This is less about the hard sell and more about having the service knowledge, passion and people skills to help the prospect make the best decision for their needs.
* effectively manage a pipeline of inbound opportunities to consistently drive revenue for the company and strong roi for our customers.
* become an expert in assessing the use case of the prospect and customizing your presentation based on the prospects company size, industry and desired customer experience.
* proactively report on learnings and valuable feedback to the service team to improve the offering and prioritize the right projects.
* maintain a deep knowledge of our evolving offerings and understand the nuances of how it can be used to support prospects accordingly.
* hit sales metrics of success and provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility into revenue performance.
* have a strong interest in learning new ideas, processes, and unique requirements and share it within the organization.
* be exceptionally responsive to client requests, prioritizing competing priorities well, with heart and passion for our customers to exude client satisfaction.

* naturally curious with a history of learning new things quickly, especially important in a remote company.
* excited to use consultative sales strategies in a competitive market.
* highly organized and able to manage several responsibilities at once with little oversight.
* experienced in tracking all sales activity and reports in crm software (hubspot preferred but not required).
* happy to wear several hats: sales, support, customer success, and mobilizing teammates for support during onboarding.
