principle duties and responsibilities
properly plan and staff the organization for the execution of the business plan.
implement development plans to retain top talent, promote engagement, and ensure the delivery of results.
ensure compliance with country labor laws, company policies, and standards of business conduct.
drive labor relations, develop labor agreements with unions, negotiation teams, and authorities to support sustainable and competitive operations.
coordinate hr functions to develop an engaged workforce supporting the organization's sustainable and competitive operation. Promote a culture of operational excellence and teamwork.
ensure the establishment of quality policies and the integration of quality management systems aligned with business requirements. Support activities that enhance the effectiveness of the quality management system, emphasizing process approach and risk-based thinking for continuous improvement.
education
required: bachelor’s degree in administration, human resources, engineering, or psychology. Fluent in spanish and advanced in english.
desired: postgraduate or master's in human resources, business analysis, and kpis in business and hr.
experience
minimum of 10 years of generalist experience in human resources and talent management, preferably in a global company with 500+ employees.
7-10 years of managerial experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment.
5+ years in continuous improvement, iso, lean production, or similar environments.
7-10 years managing union environments and leading negotiations.
proven record of increasing scope and responsibility in leadership roles.
demonstrated improvements in labor relations, staffing, talent development, training, and compensation.
desired: experience in tire or automotive manufacturing.
knowledge & skills
strong knowledge of federal labor law, social security law, and labor regulations. Knowledge in law contracts is a plus.

strong organizational, planning, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
