Your tasks :
1. support sap users in the different modules.
2. understand, document, and follow-up on sap user requirements (cr) to require them to the corporate office.
3. conduct unit functional tests derived from cr and accompany user tests for production steps.
4. train sap k-users.
5. create and maintain documentation on the processes of each area, along with the interaction with the sap system, together with the k-users.
6. ensure and monitor compliance with corporate-defined policies and procedures for the proper use of the sap system.
7. coordinate and track sap-related service providers.
8. provide functional support for sap users on-site and remotely.
9. collaborate with it budget planning based on sap system projects and expenses.
10. define and implement kpis to monitor the use of the sap system.
11. propose, define, and implement improvement ideas that help the company optimize processes.
12. develop queries required by different k-users.
13. map processes and production systems with interfaces to sap.
14. coordinate the implementation of new sap modules.
your profile :
1. graduated as industrial engineer, systems engineer, or comparable qualification with appropriate work experience.
2. at least 5 years of experience handling sap 6.0 and/or sap 4.6 in a business context.
3. experience in automotive logistics processes.
4. excellent knowledge of the erp system sap (pp/mm/wm), with proficiency in at least 2 of the 3; qm knowledge is desirable.
5. excellent knowledge of barcode scanner solutions.
6. familiarity with interface technologies (rfc, idoc, bapi).
7. edi knowledge is desirable.
8. experience in the development and implementation of reports and queries.
9. excellent knowledge of english.
