Responsibleessential responsibilities:operations and scheduling (40%)the training support coordinator is responsible for developing a calendar for their region that details what training courses are available, when, where, the cost, and seat availability.
this includes internal or external customer facing courses.- coordinates with internal and external stakeholders regarding organizational training needs.- schedules and organizes training programs to meet specific organizational training requirements.- uses various software platforms to schedule events, enroll participants, send invitations, and manage classes.- maintains stocks for instructor/student guides, training aids, demo kits and other consumable items for courses.- maintains and distributes a printed and electronic version of course catalogs and training content.- tracks and reports course completions, certifications and certification expirations.- sends notifications to provide feedback to program participants and management.- sends notifications of pending certification expirations and recertification requirements.- handles logistics for on and off-site training activities including instructors, venues, and equipment.- responds to standard generalized inbox requests for various regions.- explains programs, products, and procedures to partners and sales team.- resolves standard partner issues working with channel program administrators and other channel interfacing teams.- supports team in partner issue resolution.- serves as a back-up channel operations specialist if needed.education and experience:- required degree: high school diploma- preferred degree: associate's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience- years of experience: 1-3 years' experiencework shiftday (mexico - jalisco)
