We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of *employee relations subdirector.*
*role purpose*
this role will support development and delivery of employee relations processes and policies that deliver a fair, consistent and transparent approach to people but one that also helps to drive performance and success for the global service center.
*main activities*
- give support to local head of er, hr teams, businesses and functions in guidance and delivery of er policies. This includes interaction with senior stakeholders at hsbc group level.
- ability to provide regular updates to local and global boards on our key people risks, conduct as well as the definition of taxonomy and action plan focus.
- support with technology and process change, driving continuous improvement.
- work closely with union for negotiations and local market support.
- maintain key relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external.
- project management of future of work.
- conduct investigations related to hr topics and deliver unbiased outcomes, working under pressure and with international stakeholders

- proven knowledge in er. Banking experience is a plus.
- broad knowledge of syndicate (investigations, collective labor agreement)
- stakeholder management with senior levels.
- advanced english and ability to interact confidently with both internal and external stakeholders.
- knowledge of lft as well as being updated with the new reforms (outsourcing).
- experience in project implementations (nom035, hybrid work)
