Work with our marketing team and play a critical role in achieving bright's goals by aligning the marketing team with the company's priorities. You'll be responsible for monitoring and moderating our social media accounts, support our content creation team, and optimizing sam: our social media bot.tareas*your tasks and responsibilities will be*:*monitoring and moderating our social media accounts*: you will own our social media accounts to ensure a positive and supportive environment for all members. This involves actively engaging with community members, responding to inquiries, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.- content creation and curation support: collaborating with the marketing team to identify trends and overall sentiment to create a weekly social listening report.- managing and optimizing our social media bot: using tools such as manychat to automate repetitive community management tasks.*your key results will be*:at bright we operate on the objective key results system pioneered at intel and used widely at google and many tech companies.
