basic qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, or a related field.
* at least 1 year of experience in a data-driven or analytically focused role (internships or entry-level positions acceptable).
* familiarity with sql and a/b testing concepts.
* proficiency with google suite products.
* strong communication skills to convey analytical findings.
preferred qualifications
* previous experience in crm, growth marketing, or retention initiatives within a tech or fintech environment.
* demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
* experience with data visualization tools or crm platforms is a plus.
your role
* crm strategy management: collaborate with product and growth teams to design and support acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies, helping drive user loyalty and enhance customer experience.
* campaign performance tracking: monitor and analyze the performance of crm campaigns, focusing on key metrics to ensure alignment with company goals and highlight opportunities for improvement.
* goal setting and reporting: contribute to establishing baselines for crm initiatives, setting actionable goals, and tracking progress, while reporting outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
* a/b testing and hypothesis validation: assist in defining business hypotheses, executing a/b tests, analyzing results, and implementing adjustments to optimize user experiences and enhance business outcomes.
* cross-functional collaboration: work closely with teams across the organization, including product, strategy, and data, to ensure the smooth execution of crm initiatives and alignment with strategic goals.
* insight generation: perform data-driven analysis to generate insights on user behavior, campaign performance, and customer lifecycles. Share findings to inform decision-making and enhance crm strategies.
* continuous optimization: help analyze the results of crm campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and recommend optimizations for future initiatives.
* industry and competitor analysis: stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to support strategic planning and crm retention efforts.
experience and skills
* analytical skills: ability to analyze campaign data and draw actionable insights. Familiarity with a/b testing and data analysis methods.
* sql or database experience: basic experience with sql or similar database tools to perform data analysis and generate insights.
* communication skills: strong oral and written communication skills for presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* collaboration: experience working with multiple stakeholders and contributing in a team environment.
