Are you passionate about sales and ready to drive impactful decisions? Join our sales team as a sales representative junior. You’ll be responsible for analyzing and comprehending information, dynamics, and needs to create action plans to maximize sales. Align and agree on commercial plans with customers (local negotiations including convenience, distributors, and modern trade). You will provide insight around categories performance and shoppers.
this role is located in tampico, tamaulipas, with the expectation to be in the sales field every day – subject to change. Travel required on a demand basis (punctual field visits, specific ad-hoc projects).

* commercial plan execution: ensure a flawless commercial plan execution at the point of sales of the assigned territory and increase pos kpis baseline aligned to company goals.
* strong team alignment: with supervisors and merchandisers.
* customer relationships: developing customers behind business proposals and sustainable plans. Generate engagement and trust with customers and chains.
* data analysis: deliver business proposals based on hard data analysis.
* inputs: communicate inputs & opportunities identified in the working zone.

* 1 or more years working as a sales representative, experience with local accounts.
* speaking business conversation and executive presentations/reviews.
