* management of advertising, public relations, and promotional activities of the hotel in conjunction with sales management.
* creation and follow-up of new clients.
* perform and monitor connectivity with pms, ota's.
* attending industry events.
* follow-up to the woh loyalty program.
* conduct sales calls and visits to captive customers, new customers as required.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* 4+ years' experience in a sales-related role.
* well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving.
* strong verbal and written communication skills.
