responsibilities:
* responsible for the analysis and evaluation of customer complaints for any product manufactured by fmcna-reynosa.
* handle the complaints system and provide a list of complaints when required.
* responsible for the logistics of receiving, handling, controlling, evaluating, and destroying customer complaint samples; as well as documenting the evaluation results for each complaint.
* perform job in compliance with gmps and gdps.
* participate in conference calls, presentations, and meetings with plant teams and upper management regarding customer complaints whenever necessary.
* maintain constant communication with the corporate complaints department, canada, or other fmcna sites.
* this position may require providing support and responses to internal audit observations and corrective actions resulting from internal audits.
requirements:
* minimum technical degree; undergraduate degree is preferred or truncated career.
* related knowledge in similar areas of quality control or manufacturing processes is desired.
* strong verbal and written communication skills.
* bilingual is a plus (english/spanish).
* must possess technical and analytical skills.
* knowledge of measurement and test equipment is desired.
* computer knowledge and skills for microsoft office applications.
