*vacante para la empresa hr connect s.a de c.v en monterrey, nuevo león*:*responsibilities*- run calculation of weekly/biweekly/monthlu payroll process- timesheet's data entry- run calculation of special payroll processes (christmas bonus, profit sharing, saving fund, etc)- running of appropriate reports and distribution of the payroll to the employees.- review earnings, deductions, and benefits calculations.- answer all zf plants and their employees' questions concerning the payroll and individual paysilps.- ensures compliance with mexican federal and state laws regarding payroll.- make sure that time and attendance data and other payroll interfaces are correct.- ensuring all reporting deadlines are achieved and zf accounting policies and practices adhered to.- submit information using tax agencies portals(sat,imss, infonavit)- calculate and prepare payroll taxes (sua, state, federal)- experience using the sua program and employees annual tax return calculations- must be able to effectively communicate and interact with various levels of operating unit and headquarters personnel.- ensure all policies & procedures are updated & documented as necessary and encouraging excellent customer service to zf operating units and corporate finance.*requirements*:- accounting, administration or finance degree- experience with usa, canada payroll process will be a plus- 80-90% bilingual english/spanish- strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- outstanding customer service, and continuous improvement are essential.- knowledge of people soft, sap and qad system preferred.- very good computer skills using ms office.- strong experience in internal controls- ability to multi-task and set priorities,*nível de educación deseada*:superior - titulado*nível de experiência deseada*:nível experto*función departamental*:manufactura / operaciones*industria*:manufactura, bienes de consumo
