*what you bring*- engineering graduate/postgraduate degree preferably in mechanical/ industrial/ aerospace with at least 10 years of professional experience, master's degree preferred.- minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership position; experience in the energy industry is preferred.- combined cycle and balance of plant experience is desirable, but not required.- excellent communication skills, good command of written and spoken english.- knowledge of second language considered an asset (spanish, portuguese or other).- outstanding analytical and conceptual skills and an entrepreneurial attitude.- strong interpersonal and communication skills, a strong interest in learning, with basic program management skills and good team working skills.- ability to move and change easily between work topics and ad-hoc requests from partners.- international work experience.- high level of social competence and team spirit as well as ability to structure and analyze, motivation and persistence.- proficiency in technical writing and conducting formal presentations.- ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines on time.- be comfortable leading an expert team from multiple time zones and cultures to answer technical questions and to perform risk assessments.- ability to establish relationships and build networks in a distributed team setup and collaborate with other groups across the organization.
