*key responsibilities*
*executive & administrative support*
- provide *high-level administrative assistance* to the coo, including *calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence*.
- act as a *liaison between the coo and internal/external stakeholders*, coordinating and ensuring smooth communication.
- *stay five steps ahead* —anticipate needs and proactively handle issues before they escalate.
- prepare reports, presentations, and summaries that drive executive decision-making.
Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive company matters
- *operations & project management*
- assist in overseeing *operational processes*, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements.
- manage *special projects* from inception to completion, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery.
- act as a *central point of coordination* for teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
- support financial operations, including budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting.
Maintain operational records, databases, and documentation to support business continuity.
- *human resources & compliance support*
- support *hr functions*, including *onboarding, policy implementation, and compliance tracking*.
- assist in maintaining *hr records and documentation*, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and alignment with company policies.
- facilitate training coordination and employee engagement initiatives as needed.
*vendor & procurement coordination*
- manage *vendor relations, contract negotiations, and procurement processes* to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- track vendor performance, agreements, and renewals to maximize cost-effectiveness.
Ensure timely processing of invoices, approvals, and expense management.*benefits*:
