job description
the people experience operations coordinator is responsible for seamless execution and support of the americas people experience managers and advisors. Their role is to ensure all systems are updated, data is accurate, and that our business runs smoothly. The incumbent will need to interact with multiple systems including peoplesoft as well as various proprietary ones.
reporting directly to the sr. People experience operations manager, you will be given the freedom to be yourself along with recognition for what you bring to the table, allowing you to make a real impact and be a true kearney original.
key responsibilities
1. working closely with the people experience team located throughout the u.s. and canada to provide the following support:
2. maintaining hris (peoplesoft) including but not limited to entering onboarding, employee life cycle, and offboarding transactions.
3. help with staffing entries in the system (sap).
4. run monthly hr and operations audits.
5. work as a trusted source for hr and ops related questions.
6. support consultant and management services onboarding process.
7. support monthly revenue forecast process.
8. perform a variety of tasks and projects to support the people experience team in a fast-paced environment.
