what you'll be doing:
1. liderar equipos de trabajo en grandes volúmenes de forma directa e indirecta.
2. acompañamiento de logros de objetivos, trabajo 100% en campo.
3. planificar técnicas y metodologías de venta, así como su ejecución.
4. liderar, desarrollar y capacitar al equipo establecido, potencializando sus competencias.
5. elaboración y presentación de resultados del equipo de fuerza de ventas.
6. mantener un alto nivel de energía, motivación, sentido de equipo y compromiso.
7. establecer comunicación y logro de objetivos por medio de redes sociales y medios digitales (facebook, instagram, tik tok, reuniones digitales por zoom, skype, teams para transmisión de marca y juntas de arranque con el equipo comercial).
