We're looking for an experienced performance marketing manager to help us generate sign-ups for our b2b service targeting notaries and other professionals. This role involves creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to drive high-quality leads and customer conversions.

responsibilities
• develop and execute high-converting paid ad campaigns to drive sign-ups for our platform.
• manage google ads, facebook/instagram ads, linkedin ads, and other relevant ppc channels.
• optimize campaign performance through a/b testing, audience segmentation, and ad creatives.
• conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to refine targeting strategies.
• track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (cpc, cpa, roas, ctr, etc.).
• suggest landing page optimizations to improve ad performance and user experience.
• manage budgets effectively to maximize roi on ad spend.
• work with our team to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
requirements
• proven experience in performance marketing, paid media, or user acquisition.
• strong expertise in google ads, meta (facebook/instagram) ads, and linkedin ads.
• experience targeting b2b professionals (notaries, attorneys, service providers, etc.) is a plus.
• deep understanding of conversion tracking, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
