responsibilities strategic planning anddevelopment: - implement strategic communication plans that alignwith the organization's goals - collaborate to identifycommunication needs and objectives - contribute to the developmentof the organization's brand and voice designing communicationmaterials: - design a variety of communication materials, such asnewsletters, press releases, internal communication, social mediaposts, and presentations - ensure materials effectively communicatethe intended message and adhere to brand guidelines.
managingcommunication delivery: - oversee the delivery of communicationmaterials across various channels, ensuring messages reach theintended audience - manage email campaigns, social media platforms,and other communication channels evaluating communication efforts:- evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies andmaterials using relevant metrics - use insights gathered fromevaluations to refine and improve communication efforts teamleadership and management: - collaborate with various internalteams to ensure cohesive communication staying updated withcommunication trends: - stay updated with the latest trends andbest practices in communication - incorporate new insights into theorganization's communication strategy qualifications required: -bachelor's degree, preferably in business, management, humanresources, organizational behavior, or psychology, incommunications, marketing, business; or equivalent experience.
- 3+years of hands-on/applied experience in the areas above -background in digital communication tools - excellent written andverbal communication skills - proficiency in designing and editingcommunication materials - proficiency in using communicationsoftware and platforms, such as email marketing software, socialmedia platforms, and design software - strong analytical skills toevaluate communication data and effectiveness - stronginterpersonal skills and the ability to engage with variousstakeholders - ability to work under pressure and manage crises -commitment to ethical communication standards and knowledge ofrelevant laws - adaptability and openness to continuous learningpreferred: - master's degree, preferably in business, management,human resources, instructional design, education, organizationalbehavior, or psychology; or equivalent experience - +3 years ofexperience in industry or consulting in communication anddevelopment/organization design/change management/digital and cloudsolutions space - familiarity with erp systems e.g.workday/oracle/sap our people and culture our diverse, equitable,and inclusive culture empowers our people to be who they are,contribute their unique perspectives, and make a differenceindividually and collectively.
