Customer service and admin support bilingual agent
we are looking to hire an agent to fulfill customer service requirements and administrative duties. Omega masonry is a dynamic company, not every workday will look the same. The agent hired will do various tasks including but not limited to:
- answering inbound phone calls
- following up with clients
- conducting research
- making excel sheets and organizing data
- translating for managers, contractors, and clients
- booking trips for managers
- making appointments for managers
- assisting managers with tasks
we are looking for an agent who enjoys working on different tasks and doesn’t want a mundane job. This is a long-term job, therefore we are looking for someone serious that wants to grow within our company.
Must:
- be fluent in english and spanish
- have customer service experience
- be willing to learn
- must have a positive attitude
- work well under pressure
- show initiative to resolve issues
