*marketing activities*:- work closely with the marketing department to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.- provide feedback on market trends and customer needs for the marketing team to build campaigns.- ensure a seamless flow of information and strategies between the sales and marketing teams.
*team activities*:- lead, manage, and mentor a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.- monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback.- report on sales results, including forecast and performance metrics.- adjust sales strategies based on analytics and feedback.- train new sales representatives on products, services, and sales techniques.- identify training needs and opportunities for team development.- attend internal meetings with the other areas of the companies.
