Job responsibilities
1. develop and implement strategic marketing plans for latam segment, in partnership with key stakeholders.
2. conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends within latam segment.
3. design and execute marketing campaigns for latam segment.
4. manage cross-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance based on channel-specific analytics.
5. create targeted marketing programs to engage and nurture existing customers, and to attract new customers.
6. develop detailed campaign briefs and timelines for marketing channel managers and creative teams.
7. conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats, adapting the marketing strategy accordingly.
8. manage all online marketing activities within latam segment in partnership with digital marketing manager.
9. partner with communications manager to develop strategic communication plans for internal and external audiences.
10. maintain and enhance xpel's brand identity and positioning within the latam segment.
11. work closely with other departments (i.e., sales, product management, etc.) to ensure marketing strategies align with organizational objectives and market demands.
12. coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
13. measure and report the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns, using data to make informed adjustments as needed.
14. manage marketing budget efficiently, including forecasting and tracking of expenditures.
15. other duties as assigned by leadership.
job requirements
1. 5-7 years of product/service/brand management experience. National/global level preferred.
2. possess a proven ability to increase brand awareness among multiple target groups.
3. ability to travel up to 25%.
4. proven track record of working across multiple departments and with outside partners.
5. experience in traditional and non-traditional communication formats.
6. strong digital experience (web, social, advertising, influencers/ambassadors), as well as consumer digital strategy and tactical development.
7. exercise excellent judgment and make recommendations that balance the needs of key stakeholders.
8. have a strong sense of urgency, integrity, and impeccable professionalism in representing the brand and company.
