*as an international operations executive you will generate and deliver a 24/7 customer service experience and an operation that exceeds expectations, always in compliance with the internal administrative responsibilities, towards the achievement of the profit goals and objectives of the department, living our company´s values, promoting a healthy and respectful work environment, leading to a strong teamwork performance.
*preferred qualifications*:- 2-3 year min experience in air and sea (internal / external)- having supported, assisted, or coordinated any / all the following:- air / sea shipments from/ to mexico/ worldwide and point to point shipments- cargo / courier / hand carry / charter services / fcl / lcl- custom clearance (impo / expo)- general cargo- iata certificates (basic + dgr) (preferred)- clearly identify main airlines /shipping companies- aicm / mty / qro / gdl international airports and manzanillo / lazaro cardenas / veracruz ports- being familiar with overseas agents business interaction- know-how concepts and terms of a quote break down.- mbl + hbl + eur1 + msds+ booking + flight schedules + manifest/ transmissions- incoterms- claim process- microsoft office (word/ excel/ power point)- logitude system management- effective written and spoken communication and language skills (spanish + english)- cross training program (internal)- customer experience workshop+ project cargo + pharma workshop (internal)- promotion trial assessment (technical, hard and soft skills internal tests)- national / international networks (amacarga/ wca / gkf)*key responsabilities*:- active participation in the achievement of the targets and objectives of the department (profit and customer service experience)- participate in the interaction with international agents, promoting and strengthening good business relationships- follow and execute the internal-administrative processes according to the manual, forms, and stipulated guidelines.- perform high quality standards in customer service experience (wow effect)- solving day-to-day problems- be part of the teamwork, within the department and with the rest of the company's areas (sales, pricing, accounting, business development, business implementation, etc.
