You'll actively collaborate with cross-functional business partners to drive process excellence and financial statement accuracy.- *key responsibility 1: hr internal controlling*- responsible of the annual budget labor cost preparation for richemont and brand into mexico business platform.- responsiblele of the quarterly last estimations labor cost preparation for richemont and brand into mexico business platform.- responsible of personnel costs landing, must guarantee accuracy vs. budget. Make sure that the information is according to the landings of the finance area.- responsible of monthly dashboard review and present accurate information regarding deviations.- prepare, analyse and conciliate reports requested for finance department as:compilations between le vs bu; bu vs real cost; savings in employee cost; accruals, provisions, etc.- prepare hr packs for each brand accordingly to specific templates.- prepare executive reports for managing directors with clear comments on deviations.- review with payroll specialist end of month accounting balance to guarantee accurate impact on p&l.- be a business partner with accounting & controlling team to contribute properly to finance reports.- compile assumptions to be impacted in the labor cost process from each entity.- create processes for hr controlling areas.the preceding key responsibilities statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by the people assigned to this job.
