*overview*
working as finance support intern, you must have a strong interest in sales and enjoy
working to support both internal sales personnel and external customers. Job tasks will support the district and will vary depending on the direction of the respective project or administrative support required.
*responsibilities*
the duties and responsibilities of this position are service-based and will present new
and diverse challenges daily. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- assisting district and local sales personnel with sourcing and quoting, bid
requests, auditing and general support, as needed
- managing collections
- offering assistance with district and local customer implementation projects
- helping provide marketing support to district and local sales personnel to help
grow the customer base and maintain current customer levels
- meeting expectations for customer service standards
*required position qualifications*
- advanced english
- drivers license
- usa visa (desired)
- self-motivated, performs under pressure
- demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
- exhibit strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell
- highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- the ability to lift, slide and lower packages that weigh 25lbs and may weigh up
to 75lbs
