the data performance and insights office is under global business solutions - people services organization, is looking for a creative professional to join a multi-disciplined team who drive the opportunity identification and the solution design related with the management of high volumes of data. The continuous improvement thinking is always around the daily operations to be covered under this role. This includes the partnership with our stakeholders as a matter expert to provide right and timely answers to their requirements.
*main responsibilities (included but not imitated)*:
- deliver ad-hoc and standard reporting support for global and local people services service lines:
- develop, maintains and supports a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
- assists in the development of standardized reports to meet ongoing operational reporting needs.
- consult with local operations team to effectively evaluate data requirements and reporting needs.
- support local reporting needs utilizing global standard reporting tools.
- validate data integrity in system by running queries and analyzing data.
- develops procedures, guidelines and documentation.
- provides support including researching and resolving complex reporting problems, unexpected results or process flaws; recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
- assist people services teams to use available dashboards or existing reports, promoting a self-service gm culture.
- be a point of contact for self-service reporting related questions or queries.
- identify data irregularities and work with people services teams and global continuous improvement team to correct.
- provide valuable and accrued insights to leadership, to support the decision-making process.
- provide expertise on development and implementation process of the new reports / dashboards.
*knowledge*:
- databases management knowledge is required or experience managing and/or consolidating large excel or text files, analytics, microsoft excel expertise.
- power bi expertise, application of problem-solving techniques and project management knowledge.
- preferred but not mandatory: knime, sql.
- advanced or fluent english level, preferred but not mandatory: spanish & portuguese
