- come up with proposal for process improvements, data clean up, and designs for new solutions based on best practices and industry standards.
- netsuite familiarity or experience is a plus.
- work with the customer and be capable of understanding how the product works, and get high-level knowledge on how it was built (what technology was used ie: saved search, 3rd integration, in-house automation)
