.summary:the 3pl sales manager plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our third-party logistics and mexican customs operations.

duties and responsibilities may be assigned or reassigned to this job at any time and may be modified to reasonably accommodate an individual with a disability or for other reasons.essential duties and responsibilities include the following areas.- develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth in the 3pl sector.- identify and initiate contact with potential clients.- build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.- prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients.- collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.- monitor market trends and competitor activities.- negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.- track and analyze sales metrics to guide future sales activities.minimum qualifications (education, training & experience):- minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or 3pl industry (mexican customs, supply chain management, or a related field)- strong network of potential clients within the logistics industry.- excellent verbal and written communication skills in english and spanish, with proven negotiation abilities.- ability to work independently and as part of a team.- sales metrics: track and analyze sales metrics to guide future sales activities and strategies.- high school diploma or g.e.d.
