coordinate certifications and re-certifications, ensuring training is designed, delivered and evaluated for consistency.
prepare and teach technical programs to help workers learn new technical skills.
design training material to certificate critical and non-critical skills maintains training records conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
develop onboarding programs for new employees.
maintains expert-level knowledge train the trainers to be multifunctional provide re training according to the performance results participate in the launch of new products coordinate trainers in the three different shifts participate in kaizen events or safety interviews to improve training process identifying training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses provide timely reporting on employee capabilities.
evaluate program effectiveness by seeking trainee feedback.
*what are we looking for?

university degree and 1 year suggested minimum experience.
