the hrbp is responsible of supporting employees and managers of assigned groups, guiding them trhougout people manager practices and annual cycle.
*responsibilities*:
- support managers and employees during employee cycle.
- analyze surveys, reports and statistics to define action plan and execute.
- role model for luxoft values and culture, including active participation in d&i initiatives.
- support assigned line of business strategy focusing on retention and engagement actions.
- assure compliance by understanding legal requirements for the region.
- support and develop internal physical and virtual events to increase engagement.
- address legal, labor and compliance topics, guiding assigned managers and partnering with legal and other hrbps.
*skills*:
must have
total of 5 years of experience; last 1 or 2 as hr generalist.
human resources, administrative or related degree.
hr consultancy skills.
hr policies and procedures experience and / or knowledge.
hr admin general knowledge.
legal and labor mexican framework knowledge.
